CANCELLATION POLICY
KC Under 17 Driving: Cancellation Policy and Procedure (Updated March 2021)
Exceptional circumstances
We reserve the right to change the time and/or the location of the venue of any booked event in exceptional circumstances, and will attempt to notify the booking contact person as soon as possible to inform them of any necessary changes.
If any necessary changes in the time and/or location of the venue of any booked event results in it not being possible to attend the booked event:
the booking can be moved to an alternative date and/or venue if available,
a gift card / voucher can be requested to rebook at a later date, or
the Contract can be cancelled for a full refund of any sessions paid for but not delivered due to us breaking the Contract.
KC Under 17 Driving liability
Our liability for losses suffered as a result of us breaking the Contract is strictly limited to the price paid for the booked event or the gift card / voucher purchased.
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or costs incurred which is not a foreseeable result of us breaking the Contract, such as travel or hotel expenses.
14 day 'cooling off' period
Where you book an event with us you have the right to cancel the Contract at any time within 14 days of receiving the confirmation email for a full refund unless any of the following apply:
you acknowledge that you will forfeit the right to cancel the Contract if the chosen date of the booked event is within 14 days at the time of booking.
Where you have purchased gift cards / vouchers from us you have the right to cancel the Contract at any time within 14 days of receiving the confirmation email for a full refund unless any of the following apply:
you acknowledge that you will no longer have the right to cancel the Contract if the gift card / voucher has been redeemed either in part or in full.
To cancel the Contract with us you must inform us in writing using the form on the 'Contact Us' page, or by replying to the confirmation email.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of the receipt of the Contract cancellation email, to the original purchaser using the same method originally used to make the payment.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
Requests from you to change or cancel the Contract 14+ days before the booked event date (but not within the 14 day 'cooling off' period)
Where you have booked an event with us but subsequently request to change the Contract we will attempt to agree an alternative date and/or venue if available and amend the Contract.
If an alternative date and/or venue cannot be found we will provide a gift card / voucher for the sessions paid for but not delivered due to your request to change the Contract.
Requests from you to change or cancel the Contract 14 days or less before the booked event date, including your non-attendance at the booked event
We are not able to accept changes or cancellations to the Contract 14 days or less before the booked event date under any circumstances.
