OUR MOST COMMON FAQS
WHAT AGES ARE THESE DRIVING EXPERIENCESS SUITABLE FOR?
Our driving lessons have been designed for young people from 14 years old, but as a parent or guardian you are the best judge of if they are suitable for your young person.
For practical reasons the minimum height is approx. 4ft 8" / 1.5m tall.
Please inform us about any disabilities or learning difficulties in advance.
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY OF THE DRIVING LESSON EVENT?
We ask that you arrive approx. 10 minutes before your driving lesson is due to start, so we have time to meet you properly.
The young person and those with them will be introduced to their Driving Instructor, and the driving lesson will begin.
A parent or guardian needs to stay on-site or close by for the duration of the activity.
WHY ARE THE PRICES HIGHER THAN FOR NORMAL DRIVING LESSONS?
Provisional licence holders age 17+ are allowed to learn to drive on public roads, so driving lessons charges cover income for the Driving Instructor and a contribution for the use of their dual control car.
Those age under 17 are not allowed to drive on public roads, so as well as the costs above there is also a contribution for the hire of a suitable spacious venue.

HOW MUCH DO THE DRIVING EXPERIENCES COST?
The cost for instruction from the Driving Instructor, and a contribution to the use of the dual control car and the hire of the venue is:

30 minutes in a dual controlled car: £45

WHAT DAYS ARE YOU OPEN?
Our driving experiences are mainly held at weekends, and we are in discussion with venues to also hold some mid-week dates during the school holidays.
WHERE CAN I HAVE A LESSON?
Our venues are mainly around Warwickshire, and we are also discussing a few dates with a venue in Leicestershire - we'll update the details once we have more news for you!
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY?
We ask that you arrive approx. 10 minutes before your lesson so we can meet you properly.
One of our team will get you checked in and introduce you to your Driving Instructor. Your Driving Instructor will get your young person settled in and the driving session will begin.
ARE YOU DISABILITY INCLUSIVE?
We will have manual and automatic cars available at our driving events, but we don't currently have any specially adapted cars.

HOW OLD AND HOW TALL DO THE UNDER 17S NEED TO BE?
Minimum age is 14 - minimum height is approx. 1.5m / 4ft 8".
CAN I BRING SPECTATORS?
Under 17s need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian - other family members and friends are welcome to come along and join in or watch the session.
We recommend arriving approx. 10 minutes before the booked start time, to allow enough time to get checked in and ready to go.
ARE THERE TOILETS?
All our venues have access to toilets and hand washing facilities on-site.
ARE REFRESHMENTS AVAILABLE?
The facilities at each venue will vary - we aim for each venue to have access to refreshment available either on-site or close by, but we can't provide any guarantees about what will be available.
CAN I AMEND MY BOOKING?
We are happy to offer a change of date if contacted 14+ days before the booked date - please see our Cancellation Policy for more details.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Bookings can be cancelled upto 14 days from the date the payment is made for a full refund, unless certain exclusions apply.
